

Paprika smoked, spicy from Spain CRESCENDO Pimentón de la Vera is also called „red gold“ in its Spanish area of origin Cáceres. The red paprika peppers thrive especially well in the region: directly after the harvest they are being restocked several times on dry lofts for one week and smoked on holm oak wood. Afterwards, the smoked peppers are ground into the famous red powder. CRESCENDO Pimentón de la Vera has a spicy aromatic smoke flavour and is traditionally used for the seasoning of sausages, goat cheese dishes, potato and tomato soups.
